Happy Monday! Welcome to WHB 353.

I have the pleasure of hosting this edition of Weekend Herb Blogging for Haalo. The dishes sent into WHB each week are always intriguing.  But, if I can say so, the participants knocked it out of the park this week with ingredients and depth of flavor. The only question I was left with was, What recipe do I try first?

Ovoli mushrooms? Never even heard of them before! New mushrooms to scope out! :) Great round-up!
