		<description>Just made a variation of this with canned chickpeas and a side of lightly sautéed broccoli and red peppers (the veggies my kids will eat). It reminds me of Portuguese cod and chickpea dishes but with the balsamic twist!

Really nice step up from my usual olive-oil-and-in-the-oven trout.

White beans will work well, too! Check your farmer&#039;s markets - they may have fresh chick peas sneaking around somewhere.  ;)</description>
